Bibbi grew up south of Oslo, where exciting artists had a great influence on her interest in drawing, shape and color.

She lives in Oslo, and has lived there most of her adult life with the exception of a few years in London.

Her main focus is modern art. She mainly paints with acrylic on canvas, and often also with other media such as ink.

The paintings have gradually become more "minimalist", and with a soft and often "broken" expression.

Bibbi is one of the few Norwegian artists who have worked with murals and trompe l'oeil. She has most of her background and training in this field from England after working for several years with one of England's leading artists in this field, Richard Bagguley
