Deliveries and returns

SHIPPING COSTS

We ship all orders via regular post and shipping costs €5,90. If your purchase is over €100 then shipping is free. You can track larger orders and will receive notifications via SMS. Smaller deliveries are delivered as normal letters.

DELIVERY TIME: 3-8 WORKING DAYS

We don't keep any items in stock, but rather start printing when we receive an order. Production usually takes 1 to 2 business days depending on the product, and delivery time is 3 to 8 business days, depending on your location. Therefore, as a customer, you will receive your order within 3 to 8 business days. If you have ordered one or a few small posters (21x30 or 30x40), they will arrive with the regular post. If your mailbox isn't big enough to fit a poster tube, it will be delivered to your nearest post office and you will receive a notification via post or a text message instead.  

RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND COMPLAINTS

You have the right to return a product within 14 days from the delivery date. This is in accordance with the Consumer Agency's rules on the right of withdrawal. You always have the right to complain about a product that is damaged or does not live up to expected levels of quality.
